As a VC, I’m often more excited about a venture’s RevOps blueprint, than their so-called great idea.
Why?
Because there are always a surplus of great ideas (products and services) which will go absolutely nowhere fast (no matter how much they raise) all because they lack a real plan to take it to the market profitability.
Sorry, wishful thinking isn't a strategy. AKA, the pitch deck.
If a RevOps blueprint is noticeably absent, so will their future success.
To a savvy investor, you've been beat with the ugly stick! 🤣
