You're 12-weeks away from an Entrepreneurial 180

How long does it take to totally turnaround a struggling business? About 12 weeks.

It takes about 12 weeks of planning and preparation to launch a startup, or relaunch a struggling business. 

But trust me when I say this. It takes an enormous amount of focus, with a strict timeline, to actually rethink and redo your entire business strategy, marketing and sales methods, tools and tactics. 

Like the business makeover shows on TV, it's a real-life total makeover, just messier. 

It's been my privilege to lead these turnarounds for the past 20 years. 

I love what I do, that my business is my ministry, and my ministry is my business. My purpose is to help Founder/CEOs connect the dots between business, purpose, success and faith.

John 14:26 AMP - But the Helper (Comforter, Advocate, Intercessor—Counselor, Strengthener, Standby), the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name [in My place, to represent Me and act on My behalf], He will teach you all things. And He will help you remember everything that I have told you.

Look at what John 15 says.

John 15:7-8 - If you remain in Me and My words remain in you [that is, if we are vitally united and My message lives in your heart], ask whatever you wish and it will be done for you. My Father is glorified and honored by this, when you bear much fruit, and prove yourselves to be My [true] disciples.

John 15:14-16 AMP - You are my friends if you keep on doing what I command you. I do not call you servants any longer, for the servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you [My] friends, because I have revealed to you everything that I have heard from My Father. You have not chosen Me, but I have chosen you and I have appointed and placed and purposefully planted you, so that you would go and bear fruit and keep on bearing, and that your fruit will remain and be lasting, so that whatever you ask of the Father in My name [as My representative] He may give to you.

In my opinion, the secret to becoming a very successful entrepreneur is to partner with God. To learn His ways of doing things. To do what He has called and appointed you to do in the marketplace.

I have been walking this entrepreneurial journey with Him for 36 years. I trust Him with everything. My life. My family. My finances. My Health. My relationships. My purpose. My faith.

He's my friend. And through Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit is my guide. For business and faith.
