This Makes Low-Faith Christians Mad.

Feb 06, 2023

This makes low-faith Christians mad. Yet to unbelievers, it's great news.

First, what's a low-faith Christian? It's a believer full of unbelief. They're saved, but they stopped at John 3:16. There's more!

What makes them mad?

They get mad when a high-faith believer, someone who has evicted unbelief from their life, goes around bragging about what God is doing for them.

It happens to me all the time. When I share what the Lord has done, what He is doing for me, and then suggest that what He has done for me, He will do for you, it makes them mad.

I happen to love the promises of God. For me, the Bible isn't a book of rules, it's a book of promises. There are over 6000 of them.

- I talk about them all the time.
- As I discover them, I tend to receive them by faith.

I believe that EVERYTHING God is ever going to do for me, was done at the cross, and through His Word.

I only have to believe and receive.

I've had to learn how to use the measure of faith I received when I got saved. Over time I've learned that the Word of God is His will.

That my faith begins where the Word of God is known.

I'm 61. I've been an entrepreneur for 38 years. Whatever success I've had has come from God. I know that.

I've decided to just believe His Word (the Bible).

I take God at His Word.

You know, if I go to a wonderful restaurant, I tell people.

So you can imagine my response to God's grace and unmerited favor over my life. How could I keep this a secret? What an ingrate I would be.

Folks, evict unbelief from your life. Don't get bitter, get better.

How? Spend time with God every morning. Study the Word. Speak the Word.

At the end of the day, just trust and obey.
