Then ask yourself this these questions. Start with this: "How do I make it impossible for ... 

(example) 

- How do I make it IMPOSSIBLE for my target audience not to BE AWARE of us.  

- How to I make it impossible for our audience not to UNDERSTAND what we do. 

Work through all 7.
