Pregnant With A Dream? It's Time To Push!

Nov 02, 2020

Do not remember the former things, or ponder the things of the past. Listen carefully, I am about to do a new thing, now it will spring forth; will you not be aware of it? I will even put a road in the wilderness, rivers in the desert.

Isaiah 43:18-19 AMP

Are you pregnant?

Many of you are pregnant with a dream. And it's from God.

But for those of you who aren't, but want to be, let me say this to you. When you are intimate with God, the Holy Spirit will impregnate you with a dream. A God-planted dream.

The dream will be an assignment around your calling. Your purpose. It will cry out to you: your future is now!

For many of you, it's a marketplace assignment. An entrepreneurial dream. God has called you to be a change-maker. An influencer in the marketplace for the Kingdom of God.

Your mission: To transform everyone and everything around you with the Kingdom of God. You are part of the body of Christ. A joint-heir with Jesus Christ. You now have a delegated power and authority from the Holy Spirit. As an entrepreneur driven by Faith, Purpose and Kingdom, this is your unfair advantage.

But sadly, too many Christians have aborted their God-planted dreams with their tongue.

They use their words to sabotage themselves. People have a way of speaking what's in their hearts. These words bear fruit, good or bad.

Proverbs 18:21 AMP - Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it and indulge it will eat its fruit and bear the consequences of their words.

Why? They don't know the difference between what's possible and impossible.

Mark 9:23 AMP - Jesus said to him, “[You say to Me,] ‘If You can?’ All things are possible for the one who believes and trusts [in Me]!”

There's a great example of this in the book of Luke centered around the birth of John the Baptist and Jesus. Look at how Zachariah and Mary respond to God's Word.

Stop Seeing and Speaking THE IMPOSSIBLE

John the Baptist's dad, Zachariah, had been praying for his wife Elizabeth to become pregnant. But they were both really old, and from their perspective, he was praying for the impossible.

God heard his prayers and sent an angel to tell Zachariah they would give birth to a son and that they would call him John.

BUT (the big BUT) Zachariah began to question God because of their seemingly impossible situation, their age.

Then God did something amazing, He made Zachariah mute until after the baby was born. Why? Because there is power in the tongue and Zachariah would have aborted John the Baptist with his words. So God shut him up!

Start Believing and Speaking WHAT'S POSSIBLE

On the other hand, Elizabeth's friend Mary also got a visit from an angel. Mary was engaged to be married to Joseph, and she was a virgin.

The angel explained how she would become pregnant through the Holy Spirit, not by Joseph. She would have some explaining to do.

Her response was classic faith.

Luke 1:37-38 AMP - For with God nothing [is or ever] shall be impossible.” Then Mary said, “Behold, I am the servant of the Lord; may it be done to me according to your word.” And the angel left her.

Her words matched her faith! I love verse 45.

Luke 1:45 NLT - You are blessed because you believed that the Lord would do what he said.”

The Word of God tells us what's possible. This is what we should speak. Our tongue is our rudder.

If you are ready to give birth to your baby, you gotta push.

Watching my wife Leslie giving birth to our children was humbling. While in so much pain and discomfort (not me), the doctor said push. First gently and then hard. Then the doctor gave the final command, push hard. It's the time!

I'm always amazed how once that baby is born, a women's focus is around the future of their baby, not the discomfort of carrying and delivering the prize.

They look forward.

Many of you are ready to give birth. You desire for your baby to breathe. To leave the safe womb of planning and preparing, and finally to launch.

To bear fruit!

God has put this word on my heart to share with you. No matter what you've gone through to get here, no matter the direness of your situation, it's time to PUSH.

Speak words of faith only. Let no words come out of your mouth that are contrary to the Word of God. Cast down every thought that is contrary to your success.

You're going to have to PUSH HARD! It's time. You've carried that baby around too long. It's manifestation time.

Isaiah 43:18-19 AMP - Do not remember the former things, or ponder the things of the past. Listen carefully, I am about to do a new thing, now it will spring forth; will you not be aware of it? I will even put a road in the wilderness, rivers in the desert.

Philippians 3:13-14 AMP - Brothers and sisters, I do not consider that I have made it my own yet; but one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and reaching forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the [heavenly] prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.

You can't get anywhere in life by thoughts alone. You'll have to speak it. You have to take action and do it. I'm not asking you to deny the existence of your challenging circumstances, I'm asking you to deny their right to stop God's plan for you. Everything is possible.

The WHATEVER in this scripture is your blank check from God to do what's possible through Him.

Psalm 1:2-3 AMP - But his delight is in the law of the Lord, And on His law [His precepts and teachings] he [habitually] meditates day and night. And he will be like a tree firmly planted [and fed] by streams of water, Which yields its fruit in its season; Its leaf does not wither; And in whatever he does, he prospers [and comes to maturity].

Friends, it's time for your final push.
