One of the ingredients of a customer acquisition system is a BOLD content/media strategy.

Content is the message. Media is the vehicle of the message.

Here are the four main types:

Shared - (on social media like this)
Paid - ads, retargeting, adwords ... etc
Owned - website, blog, ebooks ... etc
Earned - testimonials, word of mouth ... etc.

There are 7 stages buyers go through BEFORE they buy. Nail this, and they will buy from you.

#𝟭 - 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲: they become aware of you

#𝟮 - 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱: they understand what you do

#𝟯 - 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁: they become interested because you offer a solution to their specific problem

#𝟰 - 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁: they respect your content message

#𝟱 - 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁: they develop trust for your brand

#𝟲 - 𝗕𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘁: they determine they have the budget for your product/service

#𝟳 - 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴: they are ready to buy

Now ask yourself these questions. How can you make it impossible for your target audience not to become aware, understand what you do, become interested, respect and trust your message ... etc. ???

The first 5 stages happen mostly online, BEFORE you ever speak to them.

Your job is to ...

- Build Awareness
- Influence
- Educate

... through your content and media strategy.
