I've always had a love-hate relationship with venture capital. 

Venture capitalists like to think they get to choose the winners and the losers. Too often there's a pungent air of elitism in the VC community. 

I'm in my 22nd year leading a venture studio (the first faith-driven venture studio in the world). 

But before that, I spent 18 years building my own ventures. I'm still launching my own disruptive projects.  

I lean more into being an operator than a money manager (fund-god). 

You see a lot of things. 
You wanna change a lot of things. 

So what would you change if you were a VC? How would you disrupt the way things works.
