I ran into a lady about to jump off a bridge.

While in Milwaukee, I ran into a lady about to jump off a bridge.
 

- She said, do you think God will care if I jump?
- I knew I needed to choose my words carefully ...

I said, Lord please help me help her. The Holy Spirit gave me these 6 promises to share with her.

#1 - Through Christ, your sins are forgiven. (Psalms 32:1-2)
#2 - God will show you what to do. (Psalm 32:8)
#3 - God's plans for you have never changed. (Psalms 33:11)
#4 - God will save you from all your troubles. (Psalm 34:6-7)
#5 - God delights in your well-being. (Psalm 35:27)
#6 - God will give you the desires of your heart. (Psalm 37:4)

She had recently become homeless after losing her home and could not bear to spend another freezing night on the streets.

She told me she heard angelic bells when I walked by and thought I was an angel. (????) That night I rescued her from the streets and found her a place to stay, she rededicated her life to Jesus.

Sometimes our words can make a huge difference in someone's life.
