How we set/achieve revenue goals.

I am a trauma surgeon for business.

Here’s how we set/achieve revenue goals at CanaGlobal’s venture studio.

Our Northstar for every portfolio company is to drive their first 10M in sales.

They all come in with a minimum of 2M in revs. ($166k/mo)

So we have to work towards a rev run rate of $833k/mo. (10M)

We work through this process:

#1- Discovery: Establishing QuadVision, a 360 degree view (insight, oversight, foresight and hindsight).

I ask God …

- What’s going on?
- What do we need to do?
- What will you do?

#2 - We establish a long and short term RevOps blueprint.

#3 - We establish a vision timeline, month by month, quarter by quarter.

This timeline includes our Vision + Priority + Planning + Execution.

We set the vision for the next 12 months.

We set the priority of what will drive our planning and execution.

In that EXACT order.

This is the natural side of things.

But to have supernatural results in business, FIRST, I receive our goals by faith.

- The vision
- The priority
- The planning
- The execution

I lay everything at God’s feet, and then I pray by faith according to scripture. (Mark 11:24)

Whatever you ask for in prayer, BELIEVE THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED IT, and it will be yours.

The minute I pray that prayer, I have by faith what I prayed for!

From that point on, it's a march by faith, never sight.

According to Hebrews 11:1, I have the title deed, the divine guarantee.

All throughout the entrepreneurial journey, this comes first.
