From Covid — To Restoring Our Nations

Genesis 22:17-18 NIV - I will surely bless you and make your descendants as numerous as the stars in the sky and as the sand on the seashore. Your descendants will take possession of the cities of their enemies, and through your offspring all nations on earth will be blessed, because you have obeyed me.

Eleven days ago I tested positive for covid. It hit my entire immediate family. Today I tested negative, I finally feel 100%.

In our family, we have vaccinated and unvaccinated. All of us began taking treatments the day we tested positive. Despite what the so-called experts said, it affected us the same whether we were vaccinated or not.

I now have natural immunity.

I feel fortunate because I know some families were hit much harder than ours, some we know have died.

It’s amazing to me how much division has spread across the globe and how politicized it’s become.

Every morning I scan the news from a variety of sources.

Do you see what I see?

I see goat vs. sheep cities, states and nations. Those who embrace Christianity and those who are openly hostile to nations under God.

None of this is a surprise to God, and it shouldn’t be to us either.

Matthew 25:32-34NIV - All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate the people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. He will put the sheep on his right and the goats on his left. “Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world.

Sheep = God fearing.

Goat = God hating.

I see the tyranny of big tech, big government, and big business openly hostile to anyone who goes against their ideas or mandates.

In America, it’s no longer the democrats versus the republicans. It’s far left socialists/marxists against the Americans.

At CanaGlobal, we serve a global community and hear the same from people all over the world.

We see …

- Widespread lawlessness

- Division by race (BLM & CRT)

- Covid hypocrisy from the elite in power

- Woke Christianity spreading through the evangelical industrial complex

- Gender wars

- Censorship

- Fake news

- Political science vs. actual science

- Cancel culture

- Anti-police

… These are all pieces of the puzzle.

Yet despite all the chaos, I also see a church, a people, who have awakened.

They have resisted and are fighting back.

They are patriots of faith from all over the world.

Enough is enough!

Today I went to get my haircut at a local barbershop. I was listening to an open conversation from democrats and republicans agreeing with each other that the absurd policies from the far-left are destroying America.

One elderly gentleman said he came to America from a socialist country, to leave a tyrannical authoritarian government that hates it’s people. He said he was ready to die for freedom.

I stayed silent and just listened.

I thought, Jesus actually died and rose, so you and I would have freedom.

Freedom from the evil behind the craziness of this world.

So what do we do? That’s the question.

#1 Focus on rebuilding the church. I’m not talking about the institution, I’m talking about the people. I believe this will happen outside the church building walls, in the marketplace. Even on LinkedIn.

#2 Focus on restoring our nations — to nations under God.
