Congratulations, You're An Heir

Galatians 4:7 NIV - So you are no longer a slave, but God’s child; and since you are his child, God has made you also an heir.

Congratulations! You're an heir.

If you are a child of God, God has made you an heir to the Kingdom of God. In fact, the scriptures say you are seated positionally with Jesus on the throne, right next to God.

The Word of God is God's will for your life, what He wants done.

The Word is also God's covenant will, a benefits package for His children. It's your inheritance, paid for by the blood of Jesus.

It consist of 6000 plus biblical promises for you. They can be manifested into your life through faith and obedience.

It's not a book of rules. It's a book of promises.

My question is, have you read the will? It's the only way you'll every know what's yours. The scriptures tell us that if we don't know what's ours, we'll live like slaves, way beneath our privilege. (Galatians 4)

Psalm 103:2 reminds us to not forget our benefits.

Can you imagine if some wealthy person died and put you in their will. Wouldn't you read it? Of course you would.

The sad thing is that only 15% of believers read the Word on a regular basis. And less than 6% have a biblical world view. So many believers are living in lack because they aren't aware of what's available to them through the biblical promises of God.

Whatever adversity you are going through, there is a biblical promise in the scriptures to deliver you. God promises that His answer to every prayer, based on His Word, is YES!

You only have to have faith and believe. And God also promises to help you increase your faith.

Here is my message to you today, whatever you are going through, go see what the Word says about your situation. I mean, you can actually google them.

The price has already been paid for your inheritance. God has given you a blank check. If it's a promise in the Word, it's yours.

Now of course we have to trust God for His how and when, and waiting on God requires patience and perseverance, but God's timing is always perfect.

Take a look at this promise ...

John 14:13-14 NIV - And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it.

- ask WHATEVER you want

- so the Father may be glorified

- you may ask for ANYTHING in my name

- and I will do it

And there are promises all throughout the Bible exactly like this. This is so powerful.

You are an heir. God says we are to rein like Kings.

Make a list of your problems and then make another list of the scriptures that promise deliverance.

No more living beneath your privilege.
