Every faith driven founder has a superpower, an ability that comes from God.

You have it, even if you don't know what it is, it's already planted inside you.

Let me explain, we all have a calling from God, it's the thing God created us to do.

- A plan and purpose.
- Seasons with assignments.

This power and ability is referred to as an anointing in the scriptures and every calling comes with an anointing. Read Ephesians for a deeper understanding.

Mine: I know how to grow a business for someone else.

After a decade of growing my own ventures, other CEOs who watched my growth began to approach me to join their companies to help them scale.

We would hole up for a weekend and map out a plan. God had created my mind like a MRI machine, I have always had an uncanny ability to spot what's holding a business back, and what to do step-by-step to grow it.

I nail it every time. We would 3x, 5x and 10x those ventures. I am anointed to do this.

These partnerships produced many INC 500 companies.

From time to time when my ego got too big, God would shut it off. When that happened, I could do nothing. That's how I knew it was an anointing from God. When I would repent, my anointing would return.

This scripture is context. (Deuteronomy 8:18)

"But remember the Lord your God, for it is he who gives you the ability to produce wealth, and so confirms his covenant, which he swore to your ancestors, as it is today."

Today I produce wealth for our investors and founders in our venture studio.
