God’s Talking. You’re Not Listening. That’s Why You’re Stuck.

This past week we tackled 3 truths every founder needs to wrestle with — especially when momentum stalls or your “strategy” isn’t delivering.

Let’s break it down:

#1 – Your Best Thinking Got You Here. 

And That’s the Problem.

You didn’t get lazy. You didn’t quit.
You used your best thinking — and still ended up stuck.

That’s not failure. That’s a wake-up call.

Even Jesus said in Matthew 25:29 and 13:12 —

If you don’t use what you’ve been given… you’ll lose it.

Founders who don’t grow, don’t go.
This isn’t about working harder.
It’s about upgrading your wisdom — fast.

#2 – God’s Not Quiet — You’re Just Not Listening 

Let’s be clear: God still speaks.

Through His Word.
Through people.
Through moments that feel inconvenient but are actually divine interruptions.

But just as God sends His anointed to build you up…
The enemy sends his to tear you down.

Discernment is your job.
Obedience is your move.
The breakthrough you’ve been praying for may already be speaking — are you tuned in?

#3 – Whoever He Sends, Do What They Say

Here’s the pattern we see over and over in scripture:
God sends a person… with instructions.

→ Moses.
→ Elijah.
→ Paul.
→ Your mentor, your coach, your advisor.

They don’t always come in a package you expect.
But when they show up, obedience is the path to favor. Always.
God rarely sends you a plan without first sending you a person.
