3 Timelines. 1% Strategy. And the Faith to Act Naturally. 🌱🚀✨
Nov 09, 2025Every week at Startup Church, we connect the dots between faith, startups, and purpose.
Because let’s be honest—your faith journey and your startup journey aren’t separate. They’re parallel paths. Both are refining fires designed by God to shape you into who He called you to be.
This week’s message was powerful. It was about learning to recognize your time, mastering your strategy, and surrendering your faith posture to the One writing your story.
Let’s unpack it.
1️⃣ The 3 Timelines Every Founder Must Master
Most founders live stuck in Chronos time—the grind. The long, quiet stretch where you show up every day, build, test, fail, and try again. It’s the season where progress feels slow and invisible. But this is where your faith is forged.
Chronos time is your training ground. It’s where God develops your patience, your endurance, and your character. It’s not glamorous—but it’s holy.
Then one day, something shifts.
You step into Kairos time—the moment of divine acceleration. It’s when obedience meets opportunity. Doors open that you didn’t knock on. People appear who were meant to walk beside you. Your idea suddenly clicks, your business gains traction, and what seemed impossible begins to unfold.
But here’s the truth: you can’t skip Chronos and expect to thrive in Kairos. If you don’t build your faith in the grind, you won’t have the strength to handle the breakthrough.
And then comes the third timeline: Destiny Time—Pleroo.
This is where everything aligns. The big picture finally makes sense. The people, the timing, the purpose—all converge. You see why the waiting mattered. You understand why the grind was necessary.
Destiny time isn’t luck. It’s the fruit of faithfulness.
When you know what’s what—you’ll know who’s who in the zoo.
Elon Musk is a great example of this principle. He thinks in decades. He understands these timelines and always operates in 4D—faith, focus, foresight, and fortitude. The result? Breakthrough after breakthrough.
So know your timeline. Stay faithful in the grind. Be ready for your Kairos moment. And when destiny calls—step boldly.
2️⃣ The 1% GTM Strategy That Attracts Investors and Customers
The top 1% of founders don’t chase—they attract.
They’ve figured out how to turn platforms like LinkedIn into powerful go-to-market engines that drive both customers and investors toward them. They understand that the investor journey and the customer journey are actually the same thing—the buyer journey.
Here’s the truth: 80% of that journey happens before you ever meet.
They’ve already discovered who you are, what you do, and whether they respect your brand. They’ve read your posts, checked your profile, and visited your website—multiple times—before you even know they exist.
There are seven stages:
Awareness → Understanding → Interest → Respect → Trust → Buy-In → Timing.
And it’s your content that drives it all.
Your posts build awareness.
Your stories create understanding.
Your consistency earns respect and trust.
This is why the 1% post seven days a week. They’re not chasing engagement—they’re building ecosystems. They’re creating demand. They’re turning content into capital.
They don’t need to cold pitch. They attract by serving.
They plant oak trees that stand the test of time—while everyone else chases phantom unicorns that disappear overnight.
3️⃣ All You Gotta Do… Is Act Naturally 🎸
This part of the message is where heaven and earth collide.
Inspired by Buck Owens’ line—“God might just make a big star out of you… you never can tell”—the truth is this: when you answer God’s call, there’s no such thing as imposter syndrome.
You don’t have to fake it till you make it.
You don’t have to wear the mask.
You don’t have to perform.
You are who God says you are—by faith, right now.
And central to His purpose is this: He’s shaping you to look more like Jesus. And spoiler alert—He will succeed.
He might have to turn your water into wine, your scars into stars, and your pain into your platform. But if you yield to Him, the Holy Spirit will empower you to do what seems impossible.
When God saves us, He gives us a new life—not a new law.
And when we yield to that life, we naturally walk out His law.
We’re not under the law—but that doesn’t mean we should live like outlaws. Through Him, we have strength for every duty, wisdom for every problem, and joy in every battle.
So don’t force it. Don’t fake it. Just act naturally.
Because when God’s the Director, your story ends in glory.
You’re not just building a startup. You’re building a testimony.

And if this spoke to you—share it with another founder who’s in their Chronos season. Remind them that breakthrough always comes right on time.
Because God’s timing is never late.
