3. Payment and Fees The total fee for the Course is $300.00 (USD). Payment is due in full at the time of registration. Access to the Course will be granted upon receipt of payment.

4. No Refund Policy All sales are final. CanaGlobal does not offer refunds for the Course under any circumstances. By purchasing the Course, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

5. Access and Usage Rights Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the Course materials. These materials are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, reproduce, distribute, or resell the Course content without prior written permission from CanaGlobal.

10. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising under or related to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts of Arizona.
